Behnke | Matsumoto Duo

The Matsumoto/Behnke duo is an electroacoustic improvisation project featuring the interface koto and amplified viola. The duo looks at the relationships between bowing and plucking strings as well as investigating the improvisatory possibilities of electronic manipulation of the instruments’ sounds.
